The 3MP resolution camera lens might not wow anyone who is jaded by today's camera standards. But this might: face detection, a rather common feature in compact digital cameras these days. & auto focus is common in camera phones, but this one sports the rare Smile shot mode & the even rarer Panoramic shop mode.
Most Samsung or rather Android phones, now have this facility. & this one uses Social Hub, an app with a built-in phonebook that can link the phone's contact from various social networks like Facebook, MySpace & Twitter.
The lens pixels are laser but there is no cutting of corners when it's the display. The Screen might not ve as big as 7 inched as in some other Samsung devices, but 3.2 inches capacitative touchscreen of 240 by 400 pixels & 16K colours is quite satisfactory. As is the screen's ability to adjust brightness.
The video resolution of 320 x 240 pixel at 15 frames per second is not something to boast about these day. But being able to support all these many video formats, like WMV, Real DivX, Xvid, MPEG4, H.264, H.263 & these audio formats like eAAC+, ACC+, MIDI, WMA, SP-MIDI is.
TouchWiz allows users to customize the screen using frag & drop widgets. This time, this technology is not utilizing cubes like in the Behold model. Now you can organize your apps so that you access them just a touch.
