OneNote 2010
We can safety venture that with the Windows Phone 7 also comes a per-installed Office app that can handle Word documents. We can't confirm this as the phones haven't made it into the market yet. But just in case there isn't any such app, there is the OneNote app instead. & this app would sit in the Office Hub, along with other Office apps.
Apparently, with OneNote, you can share a document with another user online in Microsoft's cloud server, Windows Live. So, you can opt to save your document in the phone, which then saves it in the cloud server.
It seems that whenever someone you share your document with adds new words or lines, these get highlighted. & you can see who wrote them from the small colour coded bar to the right with their intials. You can view the different versions, their writers & the creation times, & what the changes are. As for changes & newly added text, you can search by days, week or month. When someone else is editing the same document online, you can see the changes in near real time, which means a couple of minutes or longer lag.
